Some history….
The origins of UNIA company are associated with the Factory of Agricultural Machines and Tools in Grudziądz city, which was founded in 1882 by the engineer August Ventzki. He started the production of double-furrow ploughs in the small workshop.
Several years later in 1898 first models of cultivator were produced in the factory in Grudziądz and sold in hundreds of thousands of pieces, thus conquered the market of agricultural machines and finally established the company's position.
Already at the beginning of the 20th century the company was considered one of the leading manufacturer of agricultural machines in Europe. Company’s strong position on the market was confirmed by the high quality of manufactured machines.
At the moment UNIA machines are present in more than 60 countries. And every year we enter successfully new international markets.
