Łukaszewski University has been in existence for over 20 years and prides itself on educating entrepreneurial individuals by combining academic knowledge with practical business skills, and integrating hard skills with soft competencies. The motto and guiding idea of our university, “Knowledge – Skills – Competence,” has been in place since its inception, long before it appeared in the Higher Education Law.

Łukaszewski University is a private institution founded by “Zarządzanie Personelem Sp. z o.o.” in 2001. It is the first university in Poland to specialize in Human Resource Management. Established under the name Higher School of Personnel Management, Łukaszewski University is a non-public vocational higher education institution registered by the Minister of National Education on April 20, 2001, under number “202,” with the right to offer degree programs in Management and Administration.

The mission of Łukaszewski University is to educate specialized and managerial staff based on the latest scientific and technological advancements, ensuring that graduates are well-prepared to enter the workforce in line with contemporary market demands and the needs of the national economy.

We fulfill this mission through both traditional and online programs. Our goal is to create open access to education using modern information technologies, fostering the learning of young people and enhancing the capabilities of managerial staff and businesses.

The university adheres to universal, tradition-based principles and values, such as academic freedom, freedom of scientific research, the pursuit of truth, respect for knowledge and skills, integrity in disseminating them, openness to new ideas, and respect for human dignity.

Specialized MBA, EMBA, and DBA programs:

• MBA (Master of Business Administration) focuses strongly on leadership skills, the importance of ethics, and corporate responsibility. It provides both academic and practical knowledge, enabling success in managerial positions.

• EMBA (Executive Master of Business Administration) is designed for senior executives, members of statutory bodies of commercial companies and state-owned enterprises, company directors, managers, or those aspiring to hold managerial positions.

• The Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) program aims to provide participants with unique, advanced knowledge in the broad field of management and economics.
