We take full responsibility for delivery by providing Technical Due Diligence, Project Management, Construction Management, Claims and Contract Advisory, Investor Supervision, Bank Monitoring, and ESG assessments within TDD. Our experience spans office, residential, mixed-use, industrial, logistics, commercial & office fit-out projects. We remain fully independent and loyal solely to our Client, with no conflict of interest with any member of the project team.
