Legnica Special Economic Zone S.A. (LSSE) is one of the key governmental institutions supporting investment development in Poland and an important hub for cooperation between business, local government and academia.
Managing an area of more than 5,000 km² in south-western Poland, LSSE, as part of the Polish Investment Zone, provides investors with comprehensive support at every stage of their projects – from selecting a location and preparing investment sites, through obtaining investment support decisions and benefiting from tax incentives, to ongoing assistance throughout the implementation process.
Today, more than 100 domestic and international investors operate within the LSSE area. Together, they have invested nearly PLN 12 billion and created approximately 20,000 jobs. LSSE continues to develop modern industrial parks, supporting innovation and building lasting relationships between businesses, public administration, and the academic community.
The region’s growing attractiveness is further confirmed by the strategic decision announced in 2026 to develop a major investment by Taiwanese technology company Foxconn, together with its Partners, at the Środa Śląska–Miękinia Industrial Park as part of the TEEMA Technology Park project.
The project focuses on developing advanced technologies, including semiconductor production and artificial intelligence servers. The investment strengthens Lower Silesia’s position as an important European industrial and technology hub and creates new opportunities for international economic cooperation.
LSSE consistently supports companies planning to expand in Poland, creating favourable conditions for investment, innovation, and international business cooperation.
