Membership Conditions

1. Eligibility: Membership is open to any legal entity, Polish or foreign, that qualifies as an employer.

2. Application Process: To become a member, candidates must: a. Submit a membership application to the Management Board using the designated form. b. Pay the entry fee equivalent to the annual membership fee. c. Obtain approval from the Management Board*.

*The Management Board may refuse membership approval only for significant reasons, particularly if the candidate fails to meet widely accepted ethical standards, including in business practices. Candidates can appeal a negative decision to the Council.
