EURO-PARK Ząbkowice sp. z o.o. was established by the Industrial Development Agency (ARP S.A.) and the National Support Centre for Agriculture (KOWR) to create one of the most modern industrial parks in Lower Silesia. The project responds to the growing demand for well-connected, investment-ready sites dedicated to manufacturing, logistics and advanced technologies.

The company is developing a 100-hectare investment area located directly alongside the emerging S8 expressway, only 40 min from Wrocław. Situated in one of Poland’s strongest industrial regions, the location provides access to a highly skilled workforce, an established industrial ecosystem and major European transport corridors, making it an excellent base for companies serving the European market.

A comprehensive infrastructure programme is currently underway, including the construction of internal roads and water, sewage, electricity, gas and telecommunications networks. Our objective is to deliver fully serviced investment plots that enable companies to launch operations quickly and efficiently. At the same time, we are expanding our offer with a modern production and warehouse facility for lease, designed to meet the needs of manufacturing and logistics businesses.
