Our social responsibility

We established the Fireflies Foundation, which brings business closer to people with disabilities, supporting their active participation in professional and social life. The Foundation runs Poland’s only mentoring program that educates organizations on how to include people with disabilities – Awareness in Action.

Together with the Foundation, Fireflies:

  • Supports the implementation of transformation projects that prepare organizations to include people with disabilities.
  • Conducts workshops/trainings covering areas such as labor law, savoir-vivre, building relationships with people with disabilities, and serving customers with disabilities.
