CMP also directly invests in land and its preparation for development, as well as in receivables secured by real estate and distressed assets requiring restructuring.

The company’s investments are directly managed by development entities within the Omega Asset Management group.

Currently, special-purpose entities are preparing to execute apartment projects in Darłowo and Elbląg, with a total value of nearly 180 million PLN.

The company also provides comprehensive advisory services in real estate investments. It has advised major market players such as Ghelamco, Caelum, Metro Group, Echo Investment, Murapol, and others.
