FRESH APPLES FROM POLAND

Currently, RSSI obtains 250,000 tons of apples from Polish orchards, of which 20% are dessert apples for export. We have two modern fruit sorting plants with a total capacity of 40t per hour, as well as very modern packaging facilities. We have storage facilities with a capacity of 30,000t; all our coolers are ULO. We are able to prepare large and homogeneous batches of high quality goods. The aim of RSSI is to provide Polish fruit growers with access to foreign markets by accumulating in one place production competences, high purchasing power and implementing independent and internal quality systems.

RSSI produces natural concentrates of fruits and vegetables sourced from reliable growers. The process of creating these concentrates involves a series of stages. Notably, it commences with the extraction of juices from fresh produce, followed by the clarifi cation of the juices and reduction of water content using purely physical techniques. The concentrates crafted by our enterprise fulfill stringent food safety standards as out lined in our manufacturing guidelines. Our enterprise crafts concentrates from a range of produce, including: • Apples (70 Bx) • Red Currant (65 Bx) • Raspberries (65 Bx with and without flavour)

The exquisite natural offerings produced by our enterprise are derived through a dearo matization technique. This method involves segregating and intensifying the inherent aromatic elements present in freshly extracted fruit juices. These fruit essences, akin to concentrates and fruit purees, stand as intermediary mate rials for subsequent refinement. They serve as the foundational components for crafting juices, nectars, and various beverages. Furthermore, they find extensive utility as flavor or fragrance enhancements across sectors such as confectionery, viniculture, cosmetics, and more. Within our repertoire, we masterfully create flavors from: • Apples • Raspberries.
